We first worked with Kateryna about 7 years ago. She worked hard to find the right house for us. She knows her job and does it well. Whenever we had a question, she answered it quickly. When Mindy's mom died, we used her again to sell her condo in Century Village. We had some problems with COA there and KZ worked tirelessly to get them resolved. Kateryna has always answered any questions we have had, even long after we bought our home here. We are snowbirds and we're looking to downsize our house in Philadelphia. We stumbled upon a house for sale up there, about a month before we came back to Florida. We trust her so completely that we asked her any questions we had about this house 1200 miles away from her. As usual she was a terrific resource and helped us tremendously, even though we decided it wasn't the right time to buy.
